I just came back to my alpha meeting with the others. We all, along with our packs are fighting those ruthless rouge wolves to avenge our family and mates.
15 years ago, they killed all our females and some males who were fighting to protect them. But eventually we lost the war and went into hiding and secretly trained for fifteen years.
I, the son of former alpha of BloodMoon pack, Raymond Woods became the strongest alpha of all. We made our own armies of new adult wolves and some old survivors. We came together and killed those bastards who killed our beloved ones. It has been two years since we have made our comeback and established packs. We don't have any hopes for a mate. Though a mate is really important to a wolf, but we know that they were all killed in that war.
To keep our bloodline, keep on going we just mate with humans. Although some are lucky to have their mates among them. Not many like the idea of mating with someone who's not their mate. And I'm one of them. Call me insane or whatever you want but I still have hope in my heart that my mate is still alive somewhere out there.
We started training kids and building packs. The human females are adjusting well with their mates. And living happily with their family. Some of the pack members started businesses in human world to earn money. Yes, I also have not one but many. My parents established hotels and restaurants for us supernatural species. But after they died, I ran it even for humans and made it a chain of world class hotels and restaurants. And that's where our pack income comes from. I used money I saved all these years to build this pack.
Last year, we also entered the business of clothing and fashion and this year we stepped on real estate. One of my alpha friends needed financial help in his real estate company so I grabbed the chance and buy shares in his company. I knew with his talent we'll make good money.
I went to my separate house in the pack to rest. And yes, we have pack house for males and wolves with human mates like to live separate with their family for privacy. I don't have a mate, but I like my peace and privacy. Though I do have my own room in the pack house and my office. I like being here. Also, my mate might want some privacy so I've to be ready. I know I'm being too hopeful in that, but I still want my mate and I'm ready to wait for her my entire life.
I made my way to my room. Took a long hot shower. Yes hot, not warm. I like my shower a bit hotter to make my muscles relax. After the bath, I then went to my walk-in closet to grab a pair of sweatpants and boxers, I don't like wearing shirts at home. Then I made my way to the kitchen to make myself some sandwiches. And I had to learn cooking. I saw my father pampering my mother by make food for her and even feeding her sometimes. And I too want that with my mate.
After finishing my sandwich, I washed the dishes and head back to my room to get that little sleep and then start supervising pack training in the morning.
And my every day routine had supervising morning trainings, checking on pack members, having meetings with my beta, Asher, who handles everything related to finance and business and my gamma, Derek, who is in charge of everything in pack and trainings. And they're also my best friends whom I trust. And whenever we hangout they beg me to take a luna who'll help with managing the pack. Though right now Derek and his human mate assigned by the moon goddess, Amilia, handles the duty of luna... it's still burdensome for them.
I sometimes go on business trips and at that time Asher is in charge of managing packs. That dude sure is capable of handling things. And like me, he's also waiting for his true mate. He says he also feel that his mate is alive and is somewhere out there. And one day he's going to find her and love her all his life. Hah. Lover boy.
